We have a keen eye upon customer’s satisfaction. Therefore, after delivery, our return policy is covered under 30 days. Within 30 days, almost every kind of product can be returned for exchange or a complete refund.
Kindly note:
If you have received a product with defects or damage during shipping, please inform us within 3 days so that we can address the issue and find a resolution. It is important to notify us within the specified time frame, as we may not be able to offer a solution if the customer fails to do so.
The customer will be responsible for bearing the shipping charges when returning the item for an exchange or a full refund. Please note that shipping expenses and any additional charges are non-refundable. We do not accept cash on delivery (COD).
Size Issue:
Before placing an order on our website, we highly recommend utilizing our sizing chart. If a customer orders a particular size and receives the product in the same size, but finds it unfit after trying it on, contact us at customersupport@parkerjackets.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Color:
Screen resolution discrepancies can lead to minor variations in the perceived product color. Kindly note that there might be a slight variance between the colors displayed in the photos and the actual color of the product.
Cancellation of Order:
You can request an order cancellation within one day of placing the order (before shipment). If the cancellation is made after this period, a flat deduction of 25% will be applied to the ordered item’s amount.
Exchange:
In these following cases, the customer can claim an exchange:
- The item must be in its original condition, including packaging and tags attached.
- If the product size does not fit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- If the product is defective or damaged during transit (Required images with original tags).
- If the customer received the wrong product (Required images with original tags).
When we receive and examine your return (generally within 3 days of receipt), your exchange order is analyzed, and the exchange order will then be delivered to you within the next 15 business days.
Refund:
Customers are welcome to initiate product returns within a 30-day period. To process your refund, please send an email to: customersupport@parkerjackets.com. Kindly review the following guidelines before proceeding with your refund process:
- The item must be in its original condition, including packaging and tags attached.
- If the product is defective or damaged during transit (Required images with original tags).
Refunds will not be issued if the product is missing its original tags or packaging, damaged, or has been excessively used by the customer. In the case of a refund, your returned product may reach us approximately in 7 days, and we shall send you a confirmation email that your return has been completed.
Refunds will be made with the same payment method through which the customer paid us. This refund process will be completed within 10 to 45 days, depending on the bank issuance of the credit card.

If we receive an item and find that it has violated our exchange/return policy guidelines, your request will not be processed.
